Guide the hiring managers through the talent management process where needed.
Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search.
Draft, complete and review job description necessary to recruit adequate candidates and send to Marketing for posting.
Attract/source candidates for open positions through all channels (internal and external)
Validate reception and proper documents treatment, such as passport, diploma, proof of vaccination, etc.
Create a pipeline of qualified candidates and shortlist the most qualified. Validate CVs, introduction videos, technical videos and/or work-related pictures to ensure a professional presentation consistent with IVEY Group’s professional image.
Review online applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, ability and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to the Recruitment Coordinator for pre-screening.
Conduct technical interviews and mock interviews with candidates Explain recruitment process to qualified candidates and ensure commitment of candidate to the process.
Conduct client interviews and manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager.
Prepare job offers and ensure alignment to immigration needs, send to Immigration Team Lead for approval. Obtain sign-off by candidate and client.
Provide support in managing the applicant flow and maintaining applicant flow.
Complete data entry for client files in our ATS and CRM systems for clear communication throughout all departments.
Participate in Immigration meetings, presenting candidates when needed
Required skills & experience
Professionalism, organization, and time management skills
Bilingualism is considered mandatory (English/Spanish or English/French)
3 years of recruitment or human resources experience is mandatory
Proficient in English, together with strong communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills and detail orientated
Prioritizing of work activities and meeting necessary deadlines
