Position: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Remote (Peru)

About the Role

The Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle by managing candidate communications, pre-screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position ensures a smooth and efficient process that enables the Recruiter to focus on candidate selection and client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communications between applicants and the Recruiter
• Request and track submission of videos, work-related photos, and important documents such as passports, diplomas, and letters of employment
• Format CVs to ensure a professional presentation consistent with IVEY Group’s standards
• Screen and review applications based on experience, education, training, and skills, and prepare a shortlist of potential candidates
• Conduct language assessments and pre-screening interviews to identify qualified candidates
• Coordinate technical interviews and manage results, feedback, and selection decisions with the Recruiter
• Provide candidates with timely updates and feedback on interview outcomes
• Complete accurate data entry for client and candidate files in ATS and CRM systems

Required Skills and Experience

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional professionalism, organization, and time management
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments is an asset
