Position: Mill Operator
Location: Northern Ontario
Job Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and adjust crushing, grinding, and processing equipment
Ensure consistent operation of the mill to meet production targets
Collect and log data, conduct routine inspections, and report issues
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to site safety standards
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a mineral processing plant or similar setting
Familiarity with DCS systems, conveyors, pumps, and crushers
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in rotating shifts
Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards
Red Seal Certification is an asset
Salary Range: CAD $25 – $35 per hour
