Job title: Component Rebuilder 

Work location:  Bradford, Ontario

Wage: $ 28.46

Job duties: 

• Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours at all times, supporting the client’s Health and Safety Policies, programs and initiatives.
• Remanufacture components (engines, transmissions, torque converters, wheels, differentials) to Caterpillar standards.
• Prepare service reports and quality documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Consistently produce products of superior quality while meeting the rebuild TRG’s (Time Requirement Guidelines) as published for various components.
• Ensure customers’ expectations are met in a safe, efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner

Skills, experience and education required:

• Trade Certificate
• 3 years of related experience 
• Background in rebuilding and/or repairing heavy machinery and automotive components.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Good hand-eye coordination; manual dexterity; problem solving skills.

Schedule

• Shift work: days, afternoons, and weekend shifts.
• Number of days per week: 4 workdays.
