We are hiring a Recruitment Coordinator.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications between applicants and the Recruiter.
  • Request and ensure receipt of videos and/or work-related pictures, as well as important documents such as passports, diplomas, letters of employment, etc.
  • Format CVs to ensure a professional presentation consistent with IVEY Group’s professional image.
  • Screen/review candidate applications, evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, and skills, and develop a list of potential candidates to forward to the Recruiter.
  • Conduct language assessment and pre-screening interviews to present fully screened qualified candidates to the Recruiter in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and manage its results and selection decisions with the Recruiter
  • Provide candidates with feedback on interview results.
  • Completing data entry for client files in our ATS and CRM systems
 
Required skills & experience:
  • Professionalism, organization, and time management skills
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prioritizing work activities and meeting necessary deadlines
