Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join established automotive dealerships in Ontario.
The successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while ensuring work is completed efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer and safety standards. This opportunity is ideal for skilled technicians with strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Diagnose gasoline and diesel systems and perform repairs as required
- Diagnose electrical and electronic systems and perform necessary repairs
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
- Accurately complete repair orders and document repairs performed
- Communicate repair status and technical findings clearly with the service team
- Coordinate with the parts department when parts and materials are required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive service and repair experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience performing vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in English
- Valid driver’s licence or ability to obtain one
- Relevant dealership or manufacturer experience is an asset
- 310S Trade Certification
- 310S Automotive Service Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification is required
